House of the Dead: Overkill will be released next February in Europe by Sega. There’s     a bonus at some selected outlets for the fans that place the orders soon. The game will come with a set of graphic novel that tells the stories of Agent Washington and Varla Gunns along with the events that lead up to the game.

This package has been announced for PAL regions except for Germany where the game will not be released as Sega does not believe that the restrictive USK ratings board would give the games a rating. Due to this they would have to change all the enemies into robots which were troublesome.

The suit which THQ had laid against Activision over the boxart for Baja 1000: Score International is finally over. THQ sued Activision over the cover artwork that Activision was going to use for its baja racing game.

Activision has simply agreed to change the artwork of the cover page that was the basic problem rather than litigating to determine if it was a copyright thing or not. The lawsuit was dismissed on November 18th by THQ which confirms they cannot refile with respect to this issue. However, it seems THQ is not bothered about the early copies of the game that had already reached the store shelves before this change was brought out.

EA was long before working on its own fitness title which will have its own peripheral. Well, now it has officially announced its fitness game, titled EA Sports Active. The game has been described as a “Western cardiovascular approach” I contrast to the stretching and balance exercises in Wii Fit. It will support a balance board which is not required actually and will have two leg straps for the Wiimote and Nunchuk.

There are some features in which it holds an upper hand to Wii Fit like the creation of a “playlists” of exercises and providing feedback on exercise performance including calories burned. The whole thing sounds like a smart companion to Wii Fit.

Nintendo Innovator and manager Shigeru Miyamoto has come with alluring software which can easily give a power of music at your fingertips. There was a tutorial for learning that guides how to use the Wii remote in a different way for getting the sounds of different instruments. If users can own a Wii Fit Balance Board, they can easily use their feet for playing a drum set.

At that time Wii Music was lacking in clarity and was unable to fulfill the expectation of users. Though the mini games are very touchy but the Wii Maestro is very popular among the users. The powerful screening is also not very helpful in attracting the users towards the Wii Music.
